Regularly scheduled classes are available Wednesday thru Sunday and generally run 3½ hrs. each unless otherwise noted with a wide spectrum of cuisine and cooking styles to choose from. A three-part “Technique Series” is also available for those interested in a true culinary adventure!

Le Chat Gourmet is set on 3 acres, north of Eaton Rapids, Michigan with spectacular views over a variety of gardens. In the warmer months join the chef on a garden tour and collect fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables for creating seasonal cuisine.

Included with the registration fee is a booklet with class recipes, usage of equipment, towels and aprons, all ingredients and partaking of your creations!
