FORMAT: All classes are held in a working, state of the art kitchen. Classes are “hands-on” and all food produced is the students to take home. All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be provided unless otherwise stated. Instructors reserve the right to alter menus due to seasonal availability of ingredients. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes (no open toe shoes please!)-remember you will be standing most of the class so dress comfortably.
TIME OF CLASS: All evening classes begin promptly at
6 PM
and weekend classes promptly at
10 AM
and last approximately 3½ hours unless other wise noted.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the time of registration (personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, or cash are accepted). Space is limited. If the class is full, your name may be placed on a waiting list.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to unfulfilled minimum registration and will issue a full refund or credit for another class.
Due to sickness or an emergency on the part of the instructor, another convenient date will be set for the class.
EVENING AND WEEKEND CLASSES
We will refund class fees for your cancellation up to two weeks before the scheduled class. Up to 72 hours before the class, we will issue a credit for 50% of the class fee to be applied to a future class within six months following your original class date. As we need to plan our menus and purchase food based on the number of students attending, no refunds, credits or registration changes can be issued for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class. Gift certificate reservations are subject to the same policy and must be presented at the time of registration.
GOURMET SERIES and WORKSHOPS
We will refund class fees for your cancellation up to two weeks prior to the first scheduled class. Up to one week before the first class, we will issue a credit for 50% of the class fees to be applied to a future class within six months following your original class date. As we need to plan our menus and purchase food based on the number of students attending, no refunds, credits or registration changes can be issued for cancellations less than one week before the first class. Gift certificate reservations are subject to the same policy and must be presented at the time of registration.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% the total class fee is due at the time of registration. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the class. No refunds or credits can be given for cancellations less than 30 days from the date of the scheduled class.
