Le Chat Gourmet Culinary Arts is excited to announce it has teamed up with Saveur Magazine to bring you Saveur Cooks! Join Executive Chef Denene Vincent for our "hands-on" cooking class as we explore Spanish Classics while creating a three-course menu. Class fee includes: a full color recipe booklet with related history, tips and techniques; a cloth tote bag of goodies; entry for great raffle prizes like santoku knives, wood peppermills, cookware, igourmet gift certificates and much more! Plus a one year subscription to 'Saveur Magazine'*-so you can continue your culinary adventure across the USA and beyond!

Recipes include: Spanish Patatas a la Riojana-a spicy spanish paprika scented stew with pork, chorizo sausage, potatoes, onions, green bell peppers and herbs; Espinacas con Garbanzos-a cumin scented white bean soup with crusty bread croutons; Gelat de Crema-Caramel Brittle Crunch Ice Cream.
