KITCHEN BOOTCAMP 101 HERBS DEMYSTIFIED! - "Cooking with Fresh Herbs!" Thursday, July 31st 6 PM Herbs Demystified - this class will take the mystery out of cooking, growing and storing fresh herbs! We'll create a menu of delicious dishes using fresh herbs as the key ingredients while learning to identify and achieve the best results when using herbs like rosemary, thyme, tarragon, dill, basil, chives, marjoram, parsley & mint. Recipes include: Roast Chicken Breast Herb Roulade with Thyme Scented Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Crème Sauce - individual chicken breasts filled with a mixed herb cheese filling, rolled and tied into a spiral wrap for roasting and served with a thyme scented caramelized onion and mushroom crème sauce; Slender Steamed Garden Green Beans with Fresh Mint Basil Pesto Sauce; Basil and Lime Sorbet in a Frozen Citrus Cup. $65 per person
