Slow cooking and a little Chianti are just a couple of things that will help us create deep flavorful pasta sauces. Once our sauces are simmering away, we'll cook some perfect al dente pasta to accompany our saucy creations! Recipes include: Ragu alla Bolognese Sauce-a hearty meat and tomato sauce; Alfredo Sauce-a creamy parmesan white sauce; Putanesca Sauce-a mélange of onions, tomatoes, black olives, garlic and capers; Genoese Pesto-fresh basil, garlic, parmesan, pine nuts and olive oil. $65 per person
