The "Chef's Table" cooking class series was created to highlight Chef Vincent's favorite recipes showcasing a specific seasonal ingredient - don't miss out!

Recipes include: Michigan Asparagus, Fresh Herbs and Gruyere Swiss Cheese Phyllo Strudel with a Light Citrus Yogurt Sauce; Creamy Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes; Michigan Asparagus Pesto, Goat Cheese and Crispy Prosciutto Pizza; Michigan Summer Strawberry and Lime Crème Brule with Caramelized Sugar Crust.
