The weather is warming up and the sidewalk cafes, bistros and brasseries have set out their outdoor tables and umbrellas…help us welcome spring with this classic French brasserie menu!
Recipes include: Grilled Chicken and Gruyere Crepes-homemade crepes filled with grilled chicken, mushrooms, spinach and gruyere cheese and garnished with tomato concasse; French Bistro Salad-crisp lettuce, red onion, egg, tomato and crumbled chevre cheese with a creamy parmesan dressing and crusty garlic croutons; Lemon Citron Tart with Strawberries in Lavender Syrup.
