You'll learn the formula for making a rich egg based pasta dough and then master the technique of creating fresh pasta like fettuccini, ravioli, lasagna noodles and more with the hand-cranked pasta machine. You'll also learn how to cook fresh pasta to "perfecto" every time-no more under cooked or mushy pasta!
