One of the latest kitchen tools to reach the shelves is the stovetop smoker. This unit allows chefs to infuse a smoky flavor into their food year round. So as part of our Culinary Techniques Series, we have created a well-rounded and delicious menu implementing the usage of stovetop smoking.
Recipes include: Bourbon Oak Wood Smoked Pork Chops with Apple Port Reduction Sauce; Smoky Gouda Cheese Potato Gratin; Alder Wood Smoked Portabella Mushroom and Sweet Corn Chowder; Smoked Marshmallow Cream Fondue with Fresh Fruit Kebabs.
