Recipes include: Beef Tenderloin Tournedos with a Shitake, Dijon Mustard and Michigan Red Wine Sauce; Caramelized Onion, Potato and White Cheddar Gratin; Wine Trail Salad with Blue Cheese, Crisp Pear Slices, Organic Greens and Michigan Red Wine Vinaigrette; Michigan Blackberry Wine Sorbet.
