Le Chat Gourmet Culinary Arts is excited to team up with Saveur Magazine and bring you Saveur Cooks! Join Executive Chef Denene Vincent for our "hands-on" cooking class as we explore the cuisine of India. Class fee includes: a full color recipe booklet with related history, tips and techniques; a cloth tote bag of goodies; entry for great raffle prizes that have included santoku knives, wood peppermills, cookware, igourmet gift certificates and much, much more! Recipes include: Yogurt and Spice Marinated Chicken Tandoori - yogurt and spice marinated chicken cooked on a baking stone to recreate the heat of a tandoor oven; Curried Fresh Garden Green Beans, Chiles and Coconut; Deep Fried Spiced Potato and Pea Samosas - homemade samosa pastry dough filled with diced potatoes, peas and spices; Fresh Cilantro and Mint Yogurt Dipping Sauce.
