Recipes include: Chicken Breast Roulade with Boursin Herb Cheese and Dijonnaise Sauce; Potato Cauliflower Leek Puree; Asparagus and Chevre Cheese Soufflé; Chocolate Meringue Pavlovas with Raspberry Cassis Crème and Fresh Berries.
