The weather is warming up and the sidewalk bistros of Paris are bustling with patrons enjoying traditional bistro cuisine from their favorite tables. So join us as we celebrate spring with this cooking class of classic French bistro cuisine!
Recipes include: Classic Chicken Cordon Bleu with Honey Mustard Sauce-chicken breast stuffed with smoked ham and gruyere swiss cheese served with a honey mustard sauce; Pommes Frites-classic french bistro fries; Apple Cinnamon Galette Tart with Caramel Drizzle.
