With over 20 years of professional experience, both in the US and abroad, Denene has honed her culinary skills working in fine dining and bakery venues, thus achieving an outstanding, diversified culinary background. Along with a passion for cooking, Denene enjoys traveling and combines the two by cooking on-site with the regional ingredients of such destinations as Tuscany, Italy or the Loire Valley, France-enabling a further appreciation and understanding of foods from around the world. Denene is also an avid gardener and likes nothing more than harvesting sun-kissed fruits and vegetables, as well as an array of herbs and edible flowers from her garden, to create a sumptuous menu. Thus believing firmly in always using the freshest, finest quality ingredients available.
