Along with a passion for cooking, Denene enjoys traveling and combines the two by cooking on-site with the regional ingredients of such destinations as Tuscany, Italy or the Loire Valley, France-enabling a further appreciation and understanding of foods from around the world.

Denene is also an avid gardener and likes nothing more than harvesting sun-kissed fruits and vegetables, as well as an array of herbs and edible flowers from her garden, to create a sumptuous menu. Thus believing firmly in always using the freshest, finest quality ingredients available.
